What we collect
Greenbrook Framers is a neighborhood tennis club in San Ramon, CA. Our club platform (framers.app) stores the information members give us to run the club: name, email address, phone number, tennis ratings, match RSVPs and results, and payment records for club fees.
How we use it
Only to operate the club: scheduling practices and matches, sending notifications members asked for, tracking standings, and collecting club fees. We do not sell, rent, or share member information with third parties for their own use. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in via a logged-in profile setting (see how our SMS program works). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We send club coordination emails (RSVP requests, match results, schedules) from captain@framers.app. Members can ask to be removed at any time.
