What we send
Transactional club coordination only: practice interest checks (“Reply YES / NO / MAYBE”), match RSVP confirmations and reminders, and match scheduling coordination. No marketing, no promotions. Message frequency varies with club activity — typically a few messages per week during the season.
How members opt in
Text notifications are off by default. A member signs in to their account, opens their player profile, and turns on the “Text notifications” setting. The phone number used is the one on the member’s profile. This is the exact form members see:
